Park Millennium Review

My sister rented an apartment at the Park Millennium earlier this year. I recently moved back to Chicago so I stayed with her until I was able find a place of my own. Honestly, I would have loved to stayed at the Park Millennium but it is a little bit out of my price range. The building is beautiful, the hallways and ammenities are always clean, the access to the Pedway is awesome , there is recycling, and the front desk staff is amazing! That reason alone is why I wished I could have rented a unit here! The ladies are so nice and sweet but very professional. if you are considering the building for your next home, you won't be disappointed!

Winthrop Properties Review

I have lived in two of Ardmore Winthrop's many properties over the past two years. I have loved both very much, and miss living there! The management is wonderful, and actually gets to know you and help you out with your questions or concerns on a timely manner. Parking in the area isn't great for street parking, yet they do offer garage or alley parking for a extra charge. Most apartments have most the utilities included which helps a lot!  The maintenance crew is always friendly and helps resolve any issues as soon as they can. You won't go wrong renting with them.

Hawthorne House Review

Hawthorne house is a wonderful place to live. It has become a true oasis for me. I moved here under duress-I was such a mess that by mistake I indicated that I was a 'felon' on the rental application. I'm not. Merely, I had to move suddenly and not by choice. I cried so much as I viewed the apartment and filled out the form that they must have thought I was nuts. Lucky for me they let me in.

Sounds odd to say but this place has truly helped me heal from what I was going through. The entire staff that work here are so helpful and kind and truly take pride in keeping this place clean, working efficiently. Its a really pleasant place to live. They take pride in everything, and therefore I take pride in my small but beautiful home.

S & M Building Management Review

Scott & Millie are the best. I love my apartment and if I leave this neighborhood, I hope to find another property they own! There was a small problem with my older stove, and rather than repair it, they just put in a new stove! They also make sure to help me with advice on utilities (phone, internet, etc.) to help me save money and find the best deal. I lived across the street for $300 more a month and moved into a much better building, with MUCH better management for less money. When I decided to rent, Millie even gave me a ride to the management office! They promptly return phone calls, take care of issues and are friendly to boot.

Flamingo-On-the-Lake Apts Review

My husband lived at the Flamingo for 3 years and I lived there for a year. I think this apartment building is one of the best kept secrets in Chicago!  The rent is reasonable, the view is beautiful, if something needs fixed it is taken care of right away, there's a great path for biking/walking/running along the lakefront, and there are bus stops and Metra stations within just a couple of blocks to get you anywhere you need to go in the city. Most importantly, the management is incredible! Liz and Gini are not only friendly and caring, but they are professional and will really work to get your needs met.  If we hadn't bought a house to be closer to where we work in the suburbs, we would still be living there today!
